Announcements
WELCOME NEWCOMERS. Welcome to the St. Anne’s Chapel where the traditional Latin Mass is offered every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend Mass, but please be aware that we have a dress code and rules to follow for the reception of Holy Communion. So, please read the information on the back of the Sunday bulletin.
BISHOP KELLY. Monday, October 19th, is Bishop Kelly’s Anniversary of his consecration to the episcopacy. Through those many years, he did much to spread the love of the Sacred Heart throughout the country – establishing the Daughters of Mary, the Congregation of St. Pius V and bringing the true Sacraments to so many souls. Please remember him in your prayers tomorrow in return for all he has done.
LADIES’ SODALITY. Our Lady of Hope Sodality will meet for the Rosary tomorrow, October 19th, at 7:00 p.m.
HOLY HOUR. There will be a Holy Hour this Thursday evening from 11:00 p.m. until midnight in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Confessions will be heard during the Holy Hour.
CHRIST THE KING. Next Sunday is the Feast of Christ the King. There will be Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament after the 8:00 a.m. Mass with the recitation of the Litany of the Sacred Heart and the Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart. Second Mass will be at 10:30 a.m.
COOKIE & PIZZA FUNDRAISER. The students of St. Anne’s Academy are taking orders for cookies, pizza, dessert and more. Please see the flyers in the vestibule. The deadline for orders is October 28th.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST AND SILENT AUCTION. The students will serve a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, November 1st, after both Masses. If you have any items to be sold at the auction, please contact the Sisters.
MODERNISM CLASS. The next Modernism class with Fr. Krug will be held on Thursday, November 5th at 7:30 p.m. in the school. All are welcome to attend.
PARISH WORK DAY. There will be a parish work day in order to clean up the yard on Saturday, November 14th.
LADIES’ DAY OF RECOLLECTION. On Saturday, November 21st, there will be a Ladies’ Day of Recollection. All women of the parish are invited and encouraged to attend. Registration forms are available in the vestibule.
CONFIRMATIONS. Confirmations will be held at St. Anne’s next September 2027. Testing dates for Confirmation will be held in the spring. Please call the Sisters for more information.
