WELCOME NEWCOMERS. Welcome to the St. Ann’s Chapel where the traditional Latin Mass is offered every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend Mass, but please be aware that we have a dress code and rules to follow for the reception of Holy Communion. So, please read the information on the back of the Sunday bulletin.
MASS STIPENDS. Please note that we have a back-log of Mass requests. Please do not submit anymore Mass requests until further notice.
HOLY HOUR. There will be a Holy Hour this Thursday evening before the Blessed Sacrament exposed from 11:00 p.m. until Midnight in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Confessions will be heard during the Holy Hour.
FEAST OF ST. GABRIEL Monday, March 24 is the feast of St. Gabriel the Archangel. There will be a Solemn High Mass at 8:20 a.m. Please note that there will be no daily Mass this Thursday.
CONFRATERNITY OF ST JOSEPH. Today is the fourth Sunday of the month. We ask the men of the confraternity to join in the prayers after Mass for the intentions of reparation and other special intentions.
ADULT CLASSES. The next Confirmation class with Fr. Krug will be held at the school on Tuesday, April 15th at 7:30 p.m.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS. We will have the Stations of the Cross every Friday evening during Lent at 7:30 p.m. followed by Distribution of Holy Communion, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, and the recitation of the Rosary during Confessions.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST AND SILENT AUCTION. The students will serve a Pancake Breakfast next Sunday, March 30th, after both Masses. Bidding on auction items will last two weeks beginning next Sunday.
LENTEN FAST. All the faithful between the ages of 21 to 59 must observe the Lenten fast. Please consult the back of the church calendar for more details regarding the traditional laws of fast and abstinence.
RETREATS. There will be two retreats for ladies given in Round Top, New York this spring. The dates for the retreats are May 16th – 19h and June 2nd – June 5th. Flyers with more information are available in the bookstore.
EASTER DUTY. The fourth precept of the Church commands the Faithful to receive Holy Communion during the Easter time. The Easter time is extended in the United States and is from the first Sunday in Lent until Trinity Sunday (June 15th) inclusive. In addition, the 3rd precept of the Church commands the Faithful to confess their sins at least once a year.
CONNFESSIONS; Confessions will be heard between Mass on Sunday, before Mass on Saturday morning, and after Benediction on Friday evening.
